2012 Mr. Olympia: Men's Athletes Meeting


Just two days before the great event, NPC, the National Physique Committee posted on their website pictures from Joe Weider's 2012 Mr. Olympia's Athletes Meeting.

All the first-class bodybuilders were there with a promise for an outstanding and remarkable competition: Branch Warren, Essa Obaid, Toney Freeman Ben Pakulski Johnnie Jackson, Bill Wilmore, Evan Centopani, Lionel Beyeke, Dexter Jackson, Ronny Rockel, Fred Smalls, Shawn Rhoden, Baito Abbaspour, Dennis Wolf, Michael Kefalianos, Roelly Winklaar, Kai Greene, Hidetada Yamagishi, and Phil Heath.

IFBB Releases Official Lists for the 2012 Mr. Olympia

The 2012 Olympia Weekend will be held from September 27-30 at the Orleans Arena & Las Vegas Convention Center, in Las Vegas.

Walks away with minor injuries.
The 2011 National Champion,  NPC Judge, and Muscular Development Athlete posted on his Facebook and Twitter page a few snapshots from the incident.

"I was extremely lucky today. I walked away from a very serious car accident with only minor injuries. Just some bad bruising, a very stiff neck, and some cuts and scrapes. Thank you everyone for your kind words, your thoughts, and your prayers. Remember to let your loved ones know very often just how much you love them".

Brench Warren at the 2012 Mr. Olympia

It's all happening this weekend, September 27-30, 2012 in Las Vegas, at Joe Weider's 2012 Mr. Olympia.
Brench Warren will be there.

Here's what you need to know about Warren:

Branch Warren first competed in 1992 when he won the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) Teenage Mr. America competition. His first National Physique Committee (NPC) event was the Teenage Nationals, where he won again. His first IFBB event was at the 2004 Night of Champions competitions, where he placed 8th.

His first Mr. Olympia was in 2005, where he placed 8th. The following year, in 2006, he competed in his first Arnold Classic for a 2nd place finish. While slipping to 7th place in 2007, he improved to 4th place in 2008 and 3rd in 2009, while winning the title of "Most Muscular". Branch Warren placed 12th in his 2nd Mr. Olympia contest in 2006. Branch Warren also placed 1st at the 2007 New York Pro.
